Two buildings, one name

If a blog says "Lumpinee is next to the old boxing quarter on Rama IV", it is describing a building that stopped hosting the regular card in February 2014. The fights moved to Ram Inthra, in Bang Khen. Plan the taxi for Ram Inthra. The two sites are not a short walk.

The stadium's own history text, read 10 Oct 2026, says it was established on 8 Dec 1956, is managed by the Royal Thai Army, and stood on Rama IV until it relocated to Ram Intra in February 2014. Wikipedia still supplies the finer dates: last fights at Rama IV on 8 Feb 2014, first fights at Ram Inthra on 11 Feb 2014, official opening 28 Feb 2014, capacity 5,000. If a plaque at the door disagrees, the plaque wins.

Friday nights

ONE Friday Fights is the card international visitors usually mean. The latest event page on the official site was ONE Friday Fights 175, dated 16 Oct 2026, read 20 Oct 2026. Doors at 5:30pm and a first bout at 6:30pm are the times on event and reseller pages we used. They are not a promise that every Friday in 2027 uses the same clock. Look at the week.

Other promotions use Lumpinee on other nights. We did not copy a full weekly grid from an official calendar in this pass, so we will not invent Tuesday and Thursday labels. The stadium site, on the week you travel, is the grid.

Tickets

Buy from the stadium. The homepage prints stadium telephone 02-522-6843 and office telephone 02-282-3141, at 6 Ram Inthra Road, Anusawari, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220. The contact page prints a different stadium telephone, 02-522-6842, for 8:00am to 3:00pm, and ticket agents on 062-639-5596. We are reporting both lines as printed. We are not printing a third-party CAT price as the box office, because the official homepage did not list one.

What the move changed for a visitor

The hall is larger on the Wikipedia figure (5,000 against Rajadamnern's own 3,500). Larger is not "better". Rajadamnern still runs RWS, New Power and Petchyindee, which are described on Rajadamnern's site. Lumpinee's Friday card is an ONE promotion in a Muay Thai stadium. Go to the one whose card you actually want to see. Going to both in one week is normal. They are not substitutes.

Etiquette is the same idea at both: sit in the seat you paid for, do not touch the ring, do not shout advice that the corner did not ask for. We are not publishing a gambling guide. Rajadamnern's New Power page talks about public betting. This Lumpinee page does not repeat a betting claim we did not read on a Lumpinee page.

Is Lumpinee the same as Rajadamnern?

No. Rajadamnern is on Rajadamnern Nok Road and, on its own site, opened in 1945 with 3,500 seats. Lumpinee opened in 1956 on Rama IV and moved to Ram Inthra in 2014. The Friday card at Lumpinee is ONE Friday Fights. Rajadamnern's Saturday card is RWS. Different buildings, different promotions.

Are Lumpinee fights five rounds?

Not by default. ONE Friday Fights uses the promotion's own format, which you should read on that week's card. Rajadamnern's New Power and Petchyindee cards are five rounds because Rajadamnern's site says so. IFMA elite bouts in the 22 December 2017 rules PDF are three rounds of three minutes. Do not mix the three documents.
