London Muay Thai beginner access: what 22 gym sites publish

What the 22 gym sites publish

Twenty-two London gym sites in the latest Atlas check had enough current information to review. Twenty of the 22 state beginner provision on their own site, 16 publish an adult drop-in price, and all 22 expose a timetable or booking schedule. The check covered five gyms each in Hackney, Croydon, Lambeth, Tower Hamlets, and Hammersmith and Fulham; three sites were blocked and are not in the 22.

Published adult drop-ins in the ready set range from £12 at Team Kru Thai and SN Combat Academy to £25 at Miracruz Thai Boxing and BAMA. LionHeart publishes £20 for a one-hour visitor class or £25 for two hours. Those are gym-published prices read on 20 October 2026, not a London-wide median.

The two rows without a beginner label

The two ready rows without beginner-labelled provision were TYKI Martial Arts and MMA LDN in the bounded crawl. TYKI says newcomers are welcome, but no beginner-labelled Muay Thai class was found in the checked pages. MMA LDN exposed memberships and a schedule, but no beginner label in the checked text.

This is a snapshot of what gyms publish, not a quality ranking. A missing price or beginner label is missing public information, not evidence that the gym cannot teach beginners.
